A beautiful long leaf green from China's Zhejiang Province, this tea possesses sweet notes of freshly cut grass and a subtle honeyed flavour. Incredibly smooth and delicate with a clean finish, this makes for a perfect addition to your tea collection. 

When steeped as an iced tea, it very simply transforms into a remarkably refreshing thirst-quencher.

  • Steeping Instructions For best results, use water that has just come off the boil and steep 1 teaspoon per 12 ounces of water for 3 minutes.
    Savour straight.

  • Iced Tea Brewing Instructions (to make 1 litre/quart)

    1. Boil 2 cups of water and pour over 7tsp. (approximately 14g) of tea, in a heat-safe pitcher.
    2. Steep for 12 min and then fill with 2 cups of cold water.
    3. Remove tea leaves (Sloane Sachet) from pitcher.
    4. Garnish with a sprig of mint or slice of citrus.
