When Will My Order Ship?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it as soon as possible! It typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please do note our warehouse only operates Monday-Friday and we are closed weekends.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

For orders shipping throughout Ontario & Quebec, the turnaround time for shipping is typically 3-4 business days. For the remainder of Canada and throughout the US, it is 4-10 business days. Shipping delays can occur over high volume holidays like Christmas and Mother's Day. 

Is ordering on your site secure?

Indeed! Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. We utilize the Shopify ecommerce service, one of the most secure and trusted ecommerce services available. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we use and secure personal information.

Do you collect sales tax?

Sloane Tea Company is required to collect sales tax. Sales tax only applies to our teaware, gift boxes, and favours. Our selection of tea and Sloane Specialty Sugars are treated as food items and not taxed.

What are your accepted payment methods?

Sloane Tea Company accepts Visa and MasterCard. If ordering from outside of Canada, your order will be processed in Canadian dollars with the daily exchange rate being applied. We also accept payment by personal cheque, certified check, or money order. Just place items in your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and complete checkout up to the point where your credit card information is requested. Print out the order summary on that page and mail the information to us with your payment. Please note that orders mailed to us require a longer processing time than those placed on our website.
