signature blended white and green tea

Plucked only during a few short weeks in spring, this Bai Mu Dan white from the Fujian province of China, also known as “white peony”, is blended with fine China green tea leaves. Paired with the delicate sweetness of fresh jasmine and an unforgettable pink grapefruit finish, this tea is superb.

When steeped as an iced tea, it very simply transforms into a remarkably refreshing thirst-quencher.

  • Tea Profile Light ivory liquor, light-bodied with delicate coumarin notes and a fresh jasmine top note. A most memorable finish is created with the sweetness reminiscent of pink lemonade.

  • Taste and Strength Delicately refreshing and fragrant, with a most fine and sweet finish.

  • When to Drink Ideal at any time of day, but especially delightful in the afternoon or evening.

  • Steeping Instructions For best results, use water that has just come off the boil and steep 1 teaspoon per 12 ounces of water for 4-6 minutes.
    Savour straight.
