Sparkling Spice Celebration Medley Kombucha

A collaboration that gives new meaning to Canadian loose leaf luxury. We teamed up with Silver Swallow Luxury Kombucha to create a non-alcoholic cocktail that not only celebrates the flavours of the holidays, but the versatility of tea!

Silver Swallow Kombucha uses the most prized Silver Swallow white tea from China, giving their kombucha a noticeably tea-forward taste. For our Sparkling Spice cocktail, the warming notes of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange, apple, and rose in our Celebration Medley are further elevated by the sparkling bubble of Silver Swallow's luxury kombucha. 


Celebration Medley Simple Syrup


1 tbsp Celebration Medley loose leaf 
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar

Sparkling Spice Cocktail


1 tsp Celebration Medley simple syrup
1/2 apple
Orange peel


For the simple syrup, combine water, sugar and Celebration Medley tea in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes then cool. Filter through a coffee filter, cheesecloth or filter paper into a heat proof jar and refrigerate for up to a month.

Add 1 tsp Celebration Medley simple syrup to a champagne flute, top with Silver Swallow Luxury Kombucha and gently stir.

Cut thin apple slices. Fan them out then pierce them together using a cocktail pick. Rest the apple fan garnish on the flute.

Peel a thick slice of orange zest and pinch it between your fingers to spray the flavourful oils over the top of the glass and cocktail.
