Sloane Rewards FAQ

When you redeem your Sloane Points, you are exchanging your points for a reward. If you have accidentally redeemed your points for a reward or want to remove a redemption from your transaction before proceeding, please contact us at orders@sloanetea.com to see if it can be reversed.

You have two ways to redeem points

Option 1: When you are logged into your Sloane Account you will be given the option to redeem points at checkout. Choose the amount of points you would like to redeem and your discount will automatically be applied to your cart. If for whatever reason you choose not to use that discount and remove it (or don't place an order) you can manage your rewards in your rewards account. See option 2 below on where to find your unused discounts.

Option 2: Sign into your Sloane Rewards account by clicking the rewards icon on the bottom right side of your screen (little shopping bag with a heart that says "rewards"). Once you're signed in, select "ways to redeem". Select "order discount", and then select how many points you want to redeem and their corresponding dollar value. For example, if you have 300 points, you can redeem anywhere from 100 points for a $5 coupon, to 300 points for a $15 coupon. Once you select your desired dollar value, you will be provided with a unique discount code to apply to your order at checkout. You will also be emailed a copy of the unique discount code.

Sloane Points are not applied to your purchase as a method of payment, but rather as a discount towards the value of tea and/or accessories you have on order. The rewards value is applied towards the subtotal of your merchandise. After the Sloane Points are applied to your purchase, the merchandise subtotal must still meet the minimum required for free shipping in order to receive free shipping.

Click on the rewards icon on the bottom right of your screen (little shopping bag with a heart that says "rewards"). Sign in with your login credentials. Once you're signed in, click on the rewards icon again and it will show you your point total, ways to earn, ways to redeem and how to refer your friends.

Yes. You will earn points on the difference of your order subtotal and your discount amount. For example if your order subtotal was $50 and you used a $10 discount you will earn points on $40.

Yes. You will earn double the points on the difference of your order subtotal and your discount amount. For example if your order subtotal was $50 and you used a $10 discount you will earn double the points on $40.

All discount values are in Canadian Dollars. For example, if you have a discount of $25, it is in Canadian Dollars, and if it is redeemed from the US, it will be converted to USD upon redemption. Subsequently, when placing an order in USD, you will receive the Canadian conversion of 1 point, per $1CAD (based on the conversion rate at time of purchase).

Sloane Points and the discounts you redeem your points for do not expire.
