We unfortunately do not offer pick-ups. Check out our Where To Buy map for Sloane Tea retailers near you.

Once you place your order, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it or make any changes. If you make an error relating to your delivery address, we encourage you to reach out directly to the courier to make any corrections. If you make an error in selecting a product or flavour, we ask that you contact us once you receive your order to begin the return process for your unopened items. Please ensure you always review your billing/delivery address, and products/flavours before placing your order.

Sloane Fine Tea Merchants accepts returns for up to 14 days from the day the order was delivered if it is unopened. As tea is a food product, we unfortunately do not accept returns on opened products. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us and the associated costs to do so. You will receive a refund once we receive the returned product.

If you have a product you wish to return, you must contact us beforehand at orders@sloanetea.com or 1-888-756-2630. We will approve of your return and walk you through the return process.

All E-Gift Card sales are final.

Once we receive your order, we start preparing it as soon as possible! It typically takes 2-5 business days to process most orders if all products are available. During peak holiday periods, your order may take longer than usual to ship. Since we blend all of our teas in small batches, we are constantly blending fresh tea! As a result, your order can take 1-2 weeks to fulfill if you selected a product that requires us to blend a fresh batch of tea. We will indicate if this is the case once you select a flavour on the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information for you to follow along on it's status. For more detailed tracking info, please reach out directly to the carrier.

Generally, it can take up to 48 hours (does not include weekends) for tracking information to populate. However, for some orders that are shipping across the border or to more distant provinces from Ontario, tracking information may not begin to populate until your order reaches its destination province or state.

Due to carrier delays and an increase in orders, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that during peak holiday periods, shipping may take longer than listed. Below is a summary of the typical delivery times for each carrier.

Sloane Tea is required to collect sales tax. Sales tax only applies to our teaware, accessories, gift boxes, and favours. Our selection of tea and Specialty Sugars are treated as food items and not taxed.

Absolutely! You can add a 400 character personalized message when reviewing your order in your cart. Look for the Message to Recipient text field in the bottom left corner of the page. Your personalized message will appear on the packing slip that arrives with your order. Our packing slips do not show any costs for those who are sending a gift.

We do! We offer Sloane E-Gift Cards in values of $10, $25, $50, or $100.

We offer singles of our individually wrapped Sachet Envelopes in our most popular flavours for sampling. Each envelope indicates steeping time and temperature recommendations along with flavour notes and ingredients. We are working to make sample sizes available for all of our loose leaf tea options. Once you're signed in, click on the rewards icon again and it will show you your point total, ways to earn, ways to redeem and how to refer your friends.

No. You can do one or the other in a single transaction. You can either earn points or redeem them.

No. If you choose to redeem points on a double the points day, you will not receive double the points. You must pick between earning double the points or redeeming points.

Sloane Points are not applied to your purchase as a method of payment, but rather as a discount towards the value of tea and/or accessories you have on order. The rewards value is applied towards the subtotal of your merchandise. After the Sloane Points are applied to your purchase, the merchandise subtotal must still meet the minimum required for free shipping in order to receive free shipping.

When you redeem your Sloane Points, you are exchanging your points for a reward. If you have accidentally redeemed your points for a reward or want to remove a redemption from your transaction before proceeding, please contact us at orders@sloanetea.com to see if it can be reversed.
