Refund Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Opened tea, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Authorized returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense and are subject to a $6 CAD restocking fee (plus $4 CAD per additional item).
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (excluding shipping).

Order Changes & Cancellations
 1. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once processing has started.
 2. Please verify your address and items before submitting your order.

Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Missing Items
Keep all packaging and paperwork, and send us photos so we can investigate with our warehouse.
