The Heavenly Cream London Fog

This particular recipe features the addition of homemade cinnamon simple syrup, cinnamon and lemon zest. Cinnamon is a natural enhancer of citrus flavours and the addition of lemon zest helps the bergamot in Heavenly Cream sing. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Latte Base
1tsp of Heavenly Cream Microground Tea
12oz. of milk or non-dairy alternative
Garnishes
1 tsp of cinnamon
Lemon zest (to taste)
Batch Simple Syrup
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 x cinnamon sticks
Instructions:
Start by making a cinnamon simple syrup. Combine water, sugar and cinnamon sticks. Heat until combined.
Add cinnamon simple syrup to taste along with 1 teaspoon of Heavenly Cream Microground Tea to milk or non-dairy alternative.
Steam/froth with milk frother or whisk on stovetop on medium until combined.
Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.
Add zest of lemon to taste.
