Ingredients: South African red rooibos, currants, rose petals, lavender, raisins, blueberries, rosehip, natural flavours.

Steeping Instructions: Steep 1 flat teaspoon/sachet per 350ml of freshly boiled water (100°C) for 5 minutes. To be served straight or complemented with honey.
