Peach Jasmine Summer Soda

I mean, a Peaches And Cream and Jasmine Snow Dragon summer soda? Need we really say more?!

Ingredients:

2 oz. of Peaches & Cream tea concentrate 

3/4 oz. of Jasmine Snow Dragon simple syrup 

250g of sugar

125ml of water

2 cinnamon sticks

Glass of ice

Topo Chico or sparkling water of choice. 

Instructions:

Begin with cold steeping both the Peaches & Cream and Jasmine Snow Dragon tea concentrates. Add 30g of Peaches And Cream loose leaf tea to 300ml of cold water and add 30g of Jasmine Snow Dragon loose leaf tea to 300ml of cold water. Cold steep both overnight for 12 hours in the fridge. Once both tea concentrates are steeped, strain the tea from both mixtures. 

For the Jasmine Snow Dragon simple syrup, add 125ml of the Jasmine Snow Dragon concentrate to 125ml of water on the stovetop. Add 250g of sugar and 2 cinnamon sticks. Heat over medium until dissolved. Strain & chill. 

Fill a glass with ice. Add 3/4 oz of Jasmine Snow Dragon simple syrup and 2 oz of Peaches And Cream concentrate.
