Shipping policy

Once we receive your order, we start preparing it as soon as possible! It typically takes 1-2 business days to process most orders if all products are available. Since we blend all of our teas in small batches, we are constantly blending fresh tea! As a result, your order can take 1-2 weeks to fulfill if you selected a product that requires us to blend a fresh batch of tea. We will indicate if this is the case once you select a flavour on the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information for you to follow along on it's status.
