The Iced Matcha Latte
There is something about an iced matcha latte that just hits different than its hot counterpart. It's a more laid back drink, one where you can slowly sip as you work, and don't need to rush to finish while its hot.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of Matcha
2-3 oz. of boiled water
12 oz. of milk or non-dairy alternative
Tall glass full of ice
Instructions:
Portion 1 teaspoon of Matcha into mixing bowl and add 2-3 oz. of boiled water.
Whisk in a zig-zag motion until combined and frothy.
Pour into glass full of ice.
Add 12 oz. of cold milk or non-dairy alternative.
Barista Tip:
Want to add frothed milk but don't have a milk frother? Pour your desired amount of milk or non-dairy alternative into a French press. Rigorously pump the press up and down until milk is fluffy and frothy.
